1-2-3…Play! Rules
1. Half-court basketball.
2. Losing players will not continue further in the tournament (win or go home).
3. Game will be 18 minutes in duration with two 1 minute timeouts (20 min max per game). High score wins.
4. Player(s) have 20 seconds to score or touch the rim with the ball or the ball is turned over to the opposition.
5. Mercy rule: If one side is unable to score before the opposing side scores 16 points, play will be stopped and the scoring individual/team declared the winner.
6. Player(s) are responsible for being on the gym floor in gym shoes and t-shirt ready to play on the date/time assigned or forfeit the game.
7. After 3 fouls, the offender is ejected (for 1-on 1, game is forfeit). After a foul, ball is turned over to the person/team fouled.
8. After scoring, a foul or the ball touches the rim, the ball must be brought back to the free throw line or beyond before it can be shot again.
9. In the event of a hard foul (as determined by the referee), the offender will be ejected.
10. In the event of a fight between players, the first player to strike will be ejected.
11. Any player ejected forfeits further participation in the tournament.
12. Sponsored reserves the right to deny participation to any participant in the current or future tournaments for any reason including being ejected for fighting, cheating, threatening gym or sponsor personnel, use of alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs on Park District property or felony arrest.

Unless paying thru paypal, include a money order or cashier’s check for all of the required registration fees. Each player must submit a registration form. If your 17 or below, please have your parent or guardian sign the registration form.
